State Maintenance

Use State Maintenance to define and maintain State codes, state names, and other related settings.

The State Maintenance page in the SPARC allows you to view, add and delete the State Activate/Deactivate record list in Master Data.

To view the State Maintenance page, Login to SPARC > Functions > Click on Master Data > State Maintenance.

  1. Login to SPARC as HR.
  2. Open the  State Maintenance menu. The screen will open like the below screenshotScreenshot (528).png
    1. Active: Here are tick mark in the checkbox which shows that the state list is Active 
    2. State ID: It shows the short form or ID of the state
    3. State Desc: It shows the Full description of the state name
    4. Add: Click on +Add button to add new state activate list and the screen looks like below screenshot

      1. Enter State ID to add a new state list
      2. Enter the State Description for the new state ID
      3. Click on the Save button to save the newly added state. Post save, you can see the added new state in the Active state list.
  3. Click on Delete button to delete any state from the active list. Post delete, you can the deleted state in Show Deactivated Records.
