How to Add P&L Owner in Employee Maintenance

P & L Owner

"P & L owner" stands for "Profit and Loss owner." A P & L owner is an individual within an organisation who is responsible for managing and owning the Profit and Loss statement for a specific business unit, department, product line, or project.

The P & L Owner page in the SPARC allows you to view and add individual employee assets allocation details.

To view the Assets Allocation page, Login to SPARC > Menu > HR > Employee Maintenance > View > Assets Allocation.

  1. Login to SPARC as HR
  2. Open the Employee Maintenance menu. Here you can see all the Employee details.
  3. Select one employee to whom you want to view/edit the details of the employee. Click the View button to see all the employee details.
