Grade Maintenace
"Grade maintenance" typically refers to the process of managing and maintaining employee salary grades or pay scales within an organization.
The Grade Maintenance page in the SPARC allows you to view, add and delete the Grade Maintenance in Master Data.
To view the Grade Maintenance page, Login to SPARC > Functions > Click on Master Data > Grade Maintenance.
- Login to SPARC as HR.
- Open the Grade Maintenance menu. The screen will open like the below screenshot.
- Click on Add button to Add grade activate list. Here you can add Grade Id & Grade maintenance and click on Save to add Grade activate list.
- Click on Edit button to edit from the activate list and save.
- Click on Delete button on Activate list to Deactivate grade record. That you can refer in Grade Deactivate List.
