My Team

It typically refers to the group of employees who report directly to you and whom you are responsible for leading, supervising, and guiding in the workplace. Your team members may include individuals in various roles and positions within your department or team

The My Team page in the SPARC allows you to view all the team members reporting to a manager.

To view My Team, Login to SPARC > Menu > Manager > My Team 

  1. Login to SPARC as Manager
  2. In Menu under Manager group click on My Team menu
