How to do Emergency Contact in Employee Maintenance

Emergency Contact

  1. Login to SPARC as HR
  2. Open the Employee Maintenance menu. Here you can see all the Employee details. 
  3. Select one employee to whom you want to view/edit the details of the employee. Click the View button to see all the employee's professional and personal information.Screenshot (291).png
  4. Click on the Edit button, here you can add the Employee emergency contact details.Screenshot (292).png
  5.  Enter Name, Mobile No, Email Id and Address of the person.Screenshot (293).png
  6.  Click on the Save button to save the emergency contact information. After saving screen looks like the below. Screenshot (294).png
