How to do Emergency Contact in Employee Maintenance

Emergency Contact

  1. Login to SPARC as HR
  2. Open Employee Maintenance menu. Here you can see all the Employee details. 
  3. Select one employee to whom you want to view/edit the details of the employee. Click on View button you can see all the professional and personal details of the employee.Screenshot (291).png
  4. Click on Edit button, here you can add the Employee emergency contact details.Screenshot (292).png
  5.  Enter Name, Mobile No, Email Id and Address of the person.Screenshot (293).png
  6.  Click on Save button to save the emergency contact information.Screenshot (294).png
