How to Add Referral Info in Employee Maintenance

Referral Info

 

  1. Login to SPARC as HR
  2. Open the Employee Maintenance menu. Here you can see all the Employee details. 
  3. Select one employee to whom you want to view/edit the details of the employee. Click the View button to see all the employee's professional and personal information.Screenshot (192).png
  4. Click on the Referral Info Add/Edit button, here you can see the referral bonus details (or) Click on Add New button to add.Screenshot (192).png
  5. Click Add New button to Add a new Referral Bonus  Screenshot (195).png
  6. Add new Referral Bonus looks like below - 
    • Select Referred By Employee from the filter.filter Screenshot (205).png
    • Enter Referral Bonus. It is an incentive for employees to recruit qualified candidates for the company. Screenshot (206).png
    •  Select the date of Referral Bonus amount 
    • Select Referral Bonus Payment Due Date .Screenshot (208).png
    •  Enter the Notes toif addany
    • comments
    • Select Status (Approve status will only be considered for payroll)

    •  Click onthe Save button to save the Referral Bonus Details.Details Click onOr CancelCross to cancel.cancelScreenshot (216).png
  7.  Post save screen looks like below. Further, if you want to make any changes you can click on the edit button and do the necessary changes and save. Screenshot (217).png
  8. Click on Back button to come back from Referral Info page.Screenshot (218).png
