How to Add Referral Info in Employee Maintenance

Referral Info

  1. Login to SPARC as HR
  2. Open Employee Maintenance menu. Here you can see all the Employee details. 
  3. Select one employee to whom you want to view/edit the details of the employee. Click on View button you can see all the professional and personal details of the employee.Screenshot (177).pngScreenshot (192).png
  4. Click on Add/Edit button, here you can see the referral bonus details (or) Click on Add New button to add.Screenshot (195).png
  5.  Select Referred By Employee from the filter. Screenshot (205).png
  6. Enter Referral Bonus. It is an incentive for employees to recruit qualified candidates for the company. Screenshot (206).png
  7.  Select the date of Referral Bonus Due Date.Screenshot (208).png
  8.  Enter the Notes to add comments on that.Screenshot (209).png
  9.  Select Approval Status.Screenshot (216).png
  10.  Click on Save button to save the Referral Bonus Details. Click on Cancel to cancel.Screenshot (217).png
  11. Click on Back button to come back from Referral Info page.Screenshot (218).png
