Hot to Add Professional Info in Employee Maintenance

Professional Info

  1. Login to SPARC as HR
  2. Open Employee Maintenance menu. Here you can see all the Employee details. 
  3. Select one employee to whom you want to view/change the details of the employee. Click on View button you can see all the professional and personal details of the employee.Screenshot (177).png
  4. Click on Edit button of the Professional Info, here you can change/enter the employee professional details.Screenshot (176).png
  5.  Enter Employee Name if you want to change employee name.Screenshot (178).png
  6.  Select Type of employee belong to.Screenshot (179).png
  7.  Select Gender of employee.Screenshot (180).png
  8.  Select the date of Group entity employment from choosing from calendar. please note that tis is not mandatory field.Screenshot (181).png
  9.  Select Joining Date from calendar.Screenshot (182).png
  10.  Enter Probation Days.Screenshot (183).png
  11.  Select the date of Conformation from the calendar.Screenshot (184).png
  12.  Enter Notice days.Screenshot (185).png
  13.  Enter Remarks on Employee.Screenshot (186).png
  14.  Attach Documents using browser. If you want to delete the selected documents click on delete symbol and then click   on Close button. Screenshot (187).pngScreenshot (188).png
  15.  Click on Save button to save the professional information.Screenshot (190).png
