How to Add Personal Info in Employee Maintenance

Personal Info

 

  1. Login to SPARC as HR
  2. Open Employee Maintenance menu. Here you can see all the Employee details. 
  3. Select one employee to whom you want to view/edit the details of the employee. Click on View button you can see all the professional and personal details of the employee.Screenshot (242).png
  4. Click on personal Info Edit button, here you can add the Employee personal details.Screenshot (244).png
  5.  Enter Mobile No of the employee.Screenshot (243).png
  6. Select Date of birth from the calendar.Screenshot (245).png
  7.  Enter employee Blood Grp.Screenshot (246).png
  8.  Enter employee Nationality.Screenshot (247).png
  9.  Enter employee Religion.Screenshot (248).png
  10.  Click on the Square if the employee is International Employee.
  11.  
  12.  Click on the square if the employee id Physically Challenged.
  13.  Click on the square if the employee is Director.

  15.  Select the employee Marital Status.

  16.  Enter Spouse Name .if they married.Screenshot (261).png
  17.  Select the date of Marriage Date if the employee is married.Screenshot (262).png
  18.  Enter Permanent Address and present address..
  19.  Enter Present Address.
  20.  Click on Save button to save all the personal details of the employee.
  21.  Click on Back button to come back from the personal Info details.Screenshot (263).png
