How to Add Nominee Details in Employee Maintenance

Nominee Details

  1.  Click on Add Nominee button, you can enter the nominee details of the employee.
  2.  Select the Type of account detail of the employee.
  3.  To select the Family Member, you need to Add Family member details first.
    • Click on Add Family Member, in this you can add family members of the employee.
    •  Enter the Name of the nominee.
    •  Select the Date of birth of nominee from the calendar.
    •  Select the Relationship from the filter.
    •  Enter the Blood Group of the nominee.
    •  Enter the Profession of the nominee.
    •  Enter the Nationality of the nominee.
    •  Click on the square if the nominee address is same as employee permanent address.
    •  If nominee address is different of employee address, enter the Address of nomine.
    •  Enter the Remarks
    •  Click on Save button to save the nominee details.
    •  Click on Back button to come back from the nominee details page.
  4.  Enter the Percentage of nominee share.
  5.  Click on Save button to save the nominee details of the employee.
  6.  Click on Back button to come back from the nominee details page.
