What is Payslip ?
A payslip is a document that shows an employee's earnings and deductions for a specific period, typically a month. It includes information such as the employee's gross pay, the amount of taxes and other deductions taken out of the paycheck, and the net pay (take-home pay) the employee receives.
"MONTHLY TOTAL in YTD CTC may not match with total earnings in the pay slip. This is because YTD CTC shows components like 'Employers contribution to PF', LTA accrual etc., there components are not part of earnings in pay slip.
