Sale Bill Status

The Sale Bill Status screen provides a consolidated view of all the sale bills generated within the system. It helps users track the status of each invoice, monitor billing progress, and manage further billing actions like review, submission, or cancellation.

To view the Sale Bill Status screen, Login to BizOps > Menu > Billing > Click on Sale Bill Status.

As soon as you open the Sale bill status page, you will find the list of sale bills along with the status.

Column NameDescription
StatusIndicates the current state of the bill (e.g., Billed, Draft, Submitted, Cancelled).
TypeThe bill type; usually denoted as SB (Sale Bill).
IdThe unique identifier or bill number. Clicking on it navigates to the invoice details screen.
DateThe bill creation date.
Bill FromThe entity or location from which the bill is raised.
Bill ToThe client or customer to whom the bill is raised.
Taxable ValueShows the value of items on which tax is applied.
Non-Taxable ValueDisplays value of items not subject to tax (if any).
TaxesThe total tax amount calculated on the taxable value.
Total ValueSum of taxable value and taxes.
BillerThe user who created/generated the bill.
ApproverThe user who reviewed and approved the bill (if applicable).

If you have a large number of bill records and want to find specific ones for review, you can use the filter (funnel icon) available at the top of the screen. This allows you to filter the bills by Status, ID, Date Range, Bill From, and Bill To, making it easier to locate the required records.
