Sale Bill Status

The Sale Bill Status screen provides a consolidated view of all the sale bills generated within the system. It helps users track the status of each invoice, monitor billing progress, and manage further billing actions like review, submission, or cancellation.

To view the Sale Bill StatusĀ screen, Login to BizOps > Menu > Billing > Click on Sale Bill Status.

As soon as you open the Sale bill status page, you will find the list of sale bills along with the status.

Column Name Description
Status Indicates the current state of the bill (e.g., Billed, Draft, Submitted, Cancelled).
Type The bill type; usually denoted as SB (Sale Bill).
Id The unique identifier or bill number. Clicking on it navigates to the invoice details screen.
Date The bill creation date.
Bill From The entity or location from which the bill is raised.
Bill To The client or customer to whom the bill is raised.
Taxable Value Shows the value of items on which tax is applied.
Non-Taxable Value Displays value of items not subject to tax (if any).
Taxes The total tax amount calculated on the taxable value.
Total Value Sum of taxable value and taxes.
Biller The user who created/generated the bill.
Approver The user who reviewed and approved the bill (if applicable).

If you have a large number of bill records and want to find specific ones for review, you can use the filter (funnel icon) available at the top of the screen. This allows you to filter the bills by Status, ID, Date Range, Bill From, and Bill To, making it easier to locate the required records.
