Quick Sale Bill
The Quick Sale Bill screen helps you create sales invoices quickly and easily, without needing to follow the full invoicing process.
It includes all the important details like billing information, list of items or services, tax options, currency settings, and a summary of the total amount.
The Quick Sale Bill page in the BizOps allows you to view engagement list, edit the engagement and also you can create new Engagement.
To view the Quick Sale Bill page, Login to BizOps > Billing > Click on Quick Sale Bill.
As soon as you open the engagement status page, you will find the list of engagements. Here, You can perform the following steps on the Engagement Status page:
1. Sale Bill Overview:
This is the top section where basic billing information is entered.

Supply From | ✅ | A Business Entity Owner is the person or party who owns or controls a business entity. Select from a dropdown. |
Bill To | ✅ | The customer or client to whom the bill is issued. This links the engagement to a customer master record. Select from a dropdown. |
Supply To | ✅ | Destination branch or place where the supply is being made.. |
GSTIN | auto-fetched | GST registration number of supplier and customer (auto-fetched or optional input). |
Bill No | Unique invoice number. May be auto-generated or user-defined. | |
Bill Date | ✅ | The date on which the invoice is created select from calendar. |
Due Date | ✅ | Last date by which payment is expected. |
PO No | Purchase Order number from the customer. | |
PO Date | Date of the purchase order. | |
Billing Currency | ✅ | Currency in which the invoice is issued (e.g., INR, USD). |
Exchange Rate | ✅ | Used if foreign currency is selected. |
Tax Template | ✅ | Predefined tax slab or GST combination applicable to the invoice. |
Biller | Auto-filled with the name of the person creating the bill (e.g., Hema). | |

2. Items (Items Section - Invoice Line Items)
- Click on + Add Item to add a new item rows to this Invoice.
- Delete
: Allows you to remove an item line from the invoice by clicking the delete icon.

Column Mandatory Description No Serial number of the item row. Item ✅ The name of the billed item (e.g., Enterprise Support Service). HSN/SAC ✅ Classification code for goods/services under GST (e.g., 998222). (Mandatory) TaxableTaxable?Indicates if the item is taxable. A ✅ means tax applies. Description ✅ Details of the item, like service period (e.g., Enterprise Support Services for Apr-2025). Price ✅ Price per unit for the item. (Mandatory) Quantity ✅ Quantity being billed (e.g., 1.00). (Mandatory) Discount ✅ Any applicable discount. Net Computed amount after applying quantity and discount. It is automatically calculated (e.g., ₹35,000.00). Total : Total of item-wise net amounts.
Expenses: Any additional cost (e.g., additional charges)
Fee + Expense : Combined total of item cost and expenses.
Taxes: GST or other taxes based on the selected in tax template.
Gross: Total of Fee + Expense + Tax
Advance: Any pre-paid amount by customer.
Net to Pay: Final payable amount = Gross - advance. This is the invoice total amount.
3. Save Draft: Click Save Draft after filling all the details. It will save your work so you can come back and edit it later.
4. Submit: Click Submit to send the invoice for approval or processing.
5. Approve: Click Approve to finalize the invoice. Once approved, no more changes can be made.

Note: The Approve button is only visible to users who have approval rights in the Engagement Service Team for that engagement.
