P&L Master

A P&L (Profit and Loss) master, often referred to as a P&L master template or P&L master sheet, is a financial document or spreadsheet that serves as a standardized and comprehensive template for creating and analyzing a company's profit and loss statement.

The P&L Master page in the SPARC allows you to view and add the P&L Owner List in Master Data.

To view the P&L Master page, Login to SPARC > Functions > Click on Master Data > P&L Master.

1. Login to SPARC as HR.
2. Open the P&L Master menu. The screen will open like the below screenshot.below.
3. Click on Edit button and check/un-check the Is Active? checkbox to makeActivate or De-activate the P&L owner is Active or In-Active and the screen looks like below
4. Click on the check box for to P&L owner to Active or the empty check box indicates that P&L owner is in In-Active.
   
5. Click on Save button to save whatever changes you made.
6. Click on Add New button which is inon the top left green colour button to Add morenew P&L ownersowners, andpost theclicking Add button a screen opens like belowbellow will open
   1. EnterSelect Owner Id from the dropdowndropdown. (This list will come from the list of Users available. To add new P&L Owner id add new user.)
   2. OwnersOwner name filledwill automatically fromappear Owners Id
   3. Click on the checkbox to Activekeep P&L ownerOwner Active 
      
   4. Click on Save button to save Added New P&L Owner to active
